Virginia's View Challenge #14

I think this is the first time that I've submitted to Virginia's View Challenge, but it's certainly not the first time that I've admired her work and all the extra special entries her challenges get. This one was completely irresistable, adding layers and dimension to our projects. Her inspiration board just sings out to me ...

I was really in the mood for some colour and this is what I came up ...

I die cut the flowers and leaves out of watercolour paper and then painted them with inks and water.

Supplies:

Cardstock - PTI Stamper's Select White
Other Paper - Canson watercolour paper; DCWV Vellum; Teresa Collins Nine & Co. polka dotted and PTI Shakers & Sprinkles striped patterned papers
Stamps - PTI Pretty Peonies
Inks - PTI Hawaiian Shores, Hibiscus Burst, Berry Sorbet, Orange Zest, Ripe Avocado, Pinefeather, Smokey Shadow; Fresh Ink Grapefruit
Dies - PTI Pretty Peonies, SAF 2014 1940's; MFT Fishtail Flags Stax; Lifestyle Crafts Nesting Card Templates
Other - Sequins
